I think most of us moved from a house so we didn't have to deal with parking problems. You should be able to fit all of your stuff into a regular van. How far away is the nearest RV park? How about a storage lot? In your situation I'd get a site in a RV park, load everything in the van, transfer it to the RV and spend a few days at the park organizing. You'd have to do some shuttling around with the two vehicles but it should work out okay.
