If you get all of the major belongs together ahead of time you should be able to park the RV on the street for a reasonable amount of time. Just take all the boxed up stuff and stick it anywhere inside. This will cover all the big bulky stuff (have friends/family come help if available) in pretty short order and you can then move the RV to an RV friendly location. You could also put the RV in an RV park and rent or borrow a van or P/U that would allow you to load your stuff and take it to the RV. You are not going to be putting much stuff in the RV compared to what someone would put in a house or apartment so cull out what's going and what's not, get rid of what's not and then you should be able to make one big load, hopefully, directly into the RV.
