how do you make your tanks last so long?
I read all these posts about people boondocking and having their tanks last 2 weeks or even more... How the heck do you do that? Even with navy showers, we are lucky to go 3 days... Our motor...

First, are you really sure the black tank was full? Or just trusting the indicators?
Second, for gray tank running water is your enemy. Navy showers are good although if you check some backpacking catalogs you can find wipes, dry shampoo, etc. If you run water while brushing teeth, washing hands, washing dishes, etc that will kill you.
