how do you make your tanks last so long?
I read all these posts about people boondocking and having their tanks last 2 weeks or even more... How the heck do you do that? Even with navy showers, we are lucky to go 3 days... Our motor...

Get a plastic dish basin that fits in your sink. Leave it there while you do dishes. Don't fill it with water, just watch it to see how much water you are actually using. Easier to judge than to just let it run down the drain! If needed, you can choose to dump it into whichever tank has the most room. With 2 of us I can get 4 nights, 5 days out of our 24g of fresh water - since that's all I've got! ST
