If you use an oven in your stick and brick home why on earth would you not use it in the RV? :h RV ovens make for lousy storage, they are small and when loaded tend to rattle like crazy. I need a working oven a lot more than shoe box sized additional storage. In our RV whether we are out for 3 days or 3 months I cook and we eat exactly like we do at home..... and that is very well. :B
