How essential is an oven for fulltiming?

No oven here, our Tiffin Phaeton of '06 has a convection microwave only. We use a true "toaster/oven" combo by Hamilton Beach to do things that really require broiling...in our case the only things that need that so far in 9 years has been frozen Texas Garlic Toast and bagels. We bake many things in our Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave, cakes, lasagne, cookies, pies, casseroles and the like. A slow cooker comes in very handy as a fulltimer. BTW the 2004 Trail-Lite 213 B+ came without an oven also, it has an Apollo 1/2 Time oven, which is also a type of MW/Convection oven.
