We used an oven in our home on an irregular basis. Our RV has no oven but it does have a convection / microwave oven and we cook everything we ever cooked in our oven in this unit. Can't do everything? Maybe that's true but we have yet to encounter that problem. We have cooked a full blown Thanksgiving dinner including a whole turkey (small, of course) and stuffing, yams (Apple Mallow Yam Yums) and crescent rolls. The results are as good or better than a conventional oven due to the convection air which is not available from a standard oven.
