If you need to cook 37 different things at the same time you should use one of those, IMHO, crappy RV ovens as there is not enough room in the convection oven."
Huh? Who's confused? Perhaps you could repost with what you really meant to say. :h What makes you think all RV ovens are "crappy"? I've owned a couple and they worked perfectly, held steady constant temperatures and baked just fine. Can't remember the last time I cooked "37" different things.... give us a break here. I don't understand why all of the rants by the folks with convection ovens. :h
If you love your convection oven, hooray but it will only work with AC and that has to come from a plug or a generator. This means that in most campgrounds you will be making noise while I will just be making dinner. :R
