Huh? Who's confused? Perhaps you could repost with what you really meant to say. :h What makes you think all RV ovens are "crappy"? I've owned a couple and they worked perfectly, held steady constant temperatures and baked just fine. Can't remember the last time I cooked "37" different things.... give us a break here. I don't understand why all of the rants by the folks with convection ovens. :h
If you love your convection oven, hooray but it will only work with AC and that has to come from a plug or a generator. This means that in most campgrounds you will be making noise while I will just be making dinner. :R
I am not confused and I do not need to repost. Yes, I THINK all RV ovens are crappy. But that's my opinion based upon actual experience. Of course I have not tried EVERY RV oven, I simply have not found anything that worked at least as well as a convection oven. Look at one of the posts above where they cooked a ton to stuff at the same time. OK, maybe it was not 37, but it was a bunch.
I also have no issues with using electricity. Why would I? I bought an RV capable of using electricity in many different forms and I am perfectly happy using all that are available. Are you really concerned that while I am in an RV park my oven will be making too much noise?
