You seem to be a bit confused. A convection/microwave is not a microwave. This is a full blown convection oven that works like an oven, cooks like an oven and produces results like an oven (only better since convection cooking is generally better than non-convection cooking). If you can do it in an oven you can do it in an oven. That's what a convection oven is. It's just smaller and works better.
If you need to cook 37 different things at the same time you should use one of those, IMHO, crappy RV ovens as there is not enough room in the convection oven. However, if you plan properly you can cook a great dinner in the convection oven including a full blown Thanksgiving dinner as my wife and I have for the last many years. Whole turkey (around 9#), stuffing, AppleMallowYamYums (the bomb!) crescent rolls and then we stick the pie in there so it's ready for dessert. What more do you want?
It is you, my friend, that is angry and confused. I assure you I know the difference between a convection oven, regular oven, and microwave and I did not mention anything about a convection oven in my post. Maybe you should just grab hold of your "behind" and reread post. I simply made a statement that I would let any other means of cooking go before my "crappy" RV oven. I did nothing to invite your ire. I'm sorry you are so angry at life. Please do not respond to any of my posts again. Thank you.
