How essential is an oven for fulltiming?
Have any of you given up an oven for more kitchen storage? If so, what do you do instead for bread or things you would normally cook in one? I know that it would be fine for the short term, but I'm ...

Wow, how did something as innocuous as an RV oven create so much heat (pun intended). :B
A couple of thoughts..... "Are you really concerned that while I am in an RV park my oven will be making too much noise? "
No, if you would actually read my post you will note that I said "Campgrounds" not RV Parks. While all RV parks have electricity most campgrounds do not. CG's hopefully are quieter places and I hope folks will put running generators way down at the bottom of their "to do" list particularly when there is often no "need" to run them.
My point is if you have a gas oven you can cook your dinner without firing up the noise maker (just like you can make a pot of coffee in a pot atop the stove without firing up the genny at O'dark thirty). I guess it comes back down to the word essential: something necessary or indispensable. I don't see it as "essential" to run a genny and disrupt a peaceful CG to cook or watch TV, obviously many disagree or just don't care.
As always.... Opinions and YMMV. :C
