Your Road Warrior has a very interesting floor plan. I honestly can say I've never seen one like this before. Very interesting! The below image is from http://www.nationalrvonline.com
I'm not a 5er owner, but have done SERIOUS research into the differences between 5ers and TT's, and especially Toy Hauler concepts as we considered all of these many times, but eventually ended up with what we have now.

You're gonna need a hefty truck to tow this. Even a 3500 / f350 dually will be near or over it's max. You may have to go bigger.
Second, at 42 feet, yes, I think you will be restricted from some camp sites. (Notice I said "some"). Of course it all depends upon the specific campground, and even in campgrounds, no 2 sites are the same either. At 35 feet (my trailer), I've not been restricted because of size for any campground I've been to so for. But we've also had to select our site wisely. It means doing a little preliminary research and making reservations to ensure a specific site is secured.
Granted at that length, you will not be able to get into a deep woods or down forest fire roads. In Wisconsin (at least some of the State Parks), many sites are too small for even my 35 footer. We had problems with our 18 foot Dutchmen at some Wisconsin State Parks.
Starve Hallow State Park in Indiana has a section that you couldn't even drive a rig that big through without bashing trees when you go around curves, but at the other side of the campground are more straight roads with easy back-in and out sites, more open, but not as primitive or woodsy as you may like it.
What I'm saying is, you've got a fantastic camper you're considering, but you'll need to plan carefully where you camp. It's not impossible by any means, you'll just need to plan it out.
Good luck! and that is one awesome floor plan!
