How you can afford it.
I took a 17 days vacation and I was very surprise how much I spend for the Diesel.How can a retire can afford that.I spend 950$ for the diesel for that trip.

Contrary to what most people think, RV travel is not cheaper. We save money other ways to be able to afford the fuel. We find cheaper campground, don't eat in restaurants and our entertainment is sitting by the fire. If you drive in a car and stay in a hotel you would spend at least the same amount. We prefer our own bed.
