We are usually where it is cold at night. We turn the furnaces down to 60 when we go to bed. Then in the morning we turn both furnaces up to 72 for about 30 minutes. That warms the motorhome up nicely. They we turn the furnaces off and run 2 electric heaters. The electric heaters tend to keep the motorhome at a more constant temperature than the furnaces.
With the furnaces providing all the heat it is usually too cold or too hot with numerous temperature fluctuations during the day as the furnaces cycle off and on. They put the thermostats in the oddest places in these things.
