Investigating Full-Timing (stationary to start)

My wife and I are looking at moving from Omaha, NE (apartment living) to Southern California (Inland Empire) to live full-time at a campground we like. We're not wanting to invest in a tow vehicle rig...

@2gypsies I doubt we could afford it.

@NoVa_RT None to be had at this school in Santa Barbara. There's lots of student housing in SB, but it's all undergrad, and is often sold not by the unit, but by the bed (for singles).
