We have a vacation cottage in the Adirondacks on a couple of lakeside acres that's been in the family since 1947. In 2005 we put in a full hookup RV site, and when we're in the area, that's where we park and hook up. We usually continue living in the motorhome though, only moving into the cottage occasionally for short periods while we're doing deep cleaning, maintenance, or remodeling on the coach that's easier done without us in it. Our daughters, grand kids, and great grand kids all live in the area, so we do visit there fairly often. Over the years we've also remodeled the cottage for year round living so it can serve as our "exit plan" when we finally have to hang up the keys.
