There is a 3% Excise Tax in South Dakota on your net purchase price, but no Luxury Tax. If you have already paid a Excise or Sales Tax above 3% to a different state, you need to have complete documentation of that as well.
If you paid more than the 3% then there will be no tax owed. If you didn't pay any tax, the you will have to pay.
