For us...
It is cheaper to live in our 5'er than it was our S&B, here's why-
Truck is paid for, 5'er isn't but payment is small
No yard maintaince- it was costing us $125 a month in general yard stuff
No power bill- campground is $36mth everything included, house was 180-300
Water included at park, house it was 45 a mth
No county property tax- house was 1100
No homeowners ins, we have fulltimers on our rig but it is alot cheaper than the house in hurricane alley.
We find it to be cheaper but alot expense is not doubled now.
