I can not recommend the USPS temporary forwarding service. We are on an extended trip and I set this up before leaving. We receive a lot of mail and also receive checks by mail. After one month on the road I have only received about 12 forwarded items and none of our regular checks. At this point I do not know what has happened to my mail. I called my local post office and they state that all mail has been forwarded. Something is amiss. Yesterday I cancelled the forwarding order and submitted a hold mail form since we will be home in about 3 weeks.
