Mail?
We are planning to go full time, and I will have several questions. One that comes to mind is how to get my mail if I am constantly moving every week or so. Any ideas?

Get a mail forwarding service. Then have your mail sent to "general delivery" of the town you will be in Plan ahead, it is no problem.
