Or maybe you need to give it some more thought. I just read your other post where you're looking for an annual RV spot in AZ.
I'm doing the 'annual' thing right now in FL and I gotta say it doesn't much resemble RVing. A stationary RV is a step down from a mobile home. At least mobile homes are tied down and have much better insulation.
If you're just looking for a cheap place to live in AZ, you could consider a mobile home or park model. I know many places have older mobile homes for sale very cheap. They usually require some 'fix up' work but it's still a minimal investment. With the reduced square footage, you're also not tempted to start collecting stuff again, or at least you shouldn't be.
