moving out of the mh temporarily

We full-time, do not own any property anywhere and we like it that way! But, my husband needs surgery the middle of October in upstate new york. The rv parks all close before we will be able to move out of the area so we will need to move out of our mh. Luckily we have family in the area so we have some where to stay while he recuperates, but the MH will be stored with no power. I am going to empty the frig and freezer, remove all open boxes of food. We are draining and winterizing water system (just to be sure).. so what am I missing?
