X2 on wrong Insurance.. Your current insurance company won’t insure you unless your a part timer , or claim to be. However There are companies that provide full time insurance. As in no other home. I’m sure it’s avail in NC also. Without it you probably don’t have the personal liability Insurance homeowner insurance provides.
There’s a reason FL TX and SD. Are the states most used for Full timers.?? seems like more and more states are Tax H.. . Btw every state doesn’t have a sales tax Oregon has 0 but they have a high Income tax so aren’t full time friendly either.
