"Fresh" waste tanks - now there is something I've never been driven to try to achieve.
water, water, water is the key. If you don't use enough, you will have problems, so don't skimp.
Put rotating vanes on the vent stacks for the black and grey tanks to help draw any odor up and away from the rig.
Don't have the bathroom fan (especially if it is a Fantastic Fan) going while you flush the toilet. Make sure the toilet holds water in the bowl, if not replace the seals.
Put some baking soda down the grey drains and make sure you have water in the traps.
And, repeat this often, water, water, water.
