Thank you for your service. Like you said yourself in your post, you are just stressed out. I bet you are already feeling better than when you made your post.
You may be right that you picked the wrong rv (I don't know anything about yours) for you and your wife but you have it now. Trading it in after only one year is going to be expensive. That first year is when new RV's depreciate the most. Add to that, you are living in it full time with dogs and it's trade in value is going to drop very rapidly from what you paid for it. Not trying to discourage you even further, just want you to be prepared for what you hear from dealers next year.
With any luck, twenty years from now, you and your wife will look back on this time and marvel that you made it. Remember when we were at Ft Lewis in that little rv with no insulation?
