There seems to be some confusion over writing a post-dated script (which is not legal) and giving another script with a current date that says "Do No Fill Before (30 from the first 'script)".

If your doctor REQUIRES an in-person visit every 30 days, I'm not finding a regulation for that and I would certainly ask why.

Perhaps he/she just enjoys the pleasure of your company?
