I don't believe they can send to out-of-state pharmacies, but they can send to a mail order pharmacy like Express Scripts, which can then fill and send to your 'home' address. If using a mail forwarder, then it just comes in your next mail delivery to you. Or have the home address be a relative's for this purpose and they forward your mail on to you.
