Absolutely. England has it right. If a person wants to dedicate his or her life to taking drugs, let them. But in this country we've made the problem much worse by using the club of law enforcement.


Ok, you can pay for them. Don't use my tax dollars to do it. For treatment, yes, but not to support their habit.
