New Federal Restrictions on Pain Medicine Prescriptions

I am all for treatment! Giving people illegal drugs is not treatment, it is allowing them to get illegal drugs for free. People NEEDING pain meds. can't get them for free, why on earth should illegal drug users? May be if the punishment was bad enough, there would be fewer drug dealers, and it would follow that there would be fewer users overall. Make it a voluntary system. Those that are willing to pay for illegal drugs for users, let them do it. If you don't want to don't.
