Ken, I'm thinking you might have determined a park/campground lease would not be sufficient and that's why you're looking at a s&b lease, but figured I'd throw it out there.
We have not yet purchased so the sales tax savings is attractive. Also, we love NH, have friends there & may eventually settle there, so spending time there to establish domicile is less of a problem than some of the other considerations.
Everything I've read, been told (by attorneys), and heard from NH people is that an RV park would NOT work. So, yes, that's why I'm renting s&b here!
It's really a great place - I've been here for the past few days and really enjoy calling NH home now :)
