Newby Wanting to Full-Time It

I just registered and this is my first post. I am planning to read many posts to learn as much as I can before deciding for sure if I want to do this full time.

My girlfriend and I are seriously looking to sell our current home in Baltimore and buy a 40 something foot 5th wheel. We are currently looking at rv parks in the DC metro area since we will still be working full time. Many of these don't allow long term stays. If anyone knows a place that does please let me know.

So far, I am really liking Keystone but obviously I am still doing a lot of research.

Any input or suggestions are appreciated.
