Off setting expenses
For those of you who are full time, what do you do, if anything, to off set expenses? I know one way is to serve as a camp host. Are there others? Or, are you in a position where it is not necessary? ...

I volunteered my time last winter in exchange for free stay. I will never do it again!
The problem is everyone has a job to do for staying. Mostly things like taking people to their site and making sure they are parked properly, activity helpers and so on. Nothing too difficult. I was doing construction projects, much more valuable per hour than what the others were doing. So there was jealousy on their part.
Before you know it we were being scrutinized wondering what I was doing and how long we were staying and saying my wife said things that she does not have in her vocabulary.
It was like being in middle school allover again.
Did not need to do it to save money, just thought it would be fun. Did not turn out that way!
