We just finished a 13 year stint as full timers in a 40 foot pusher. We still have the pusher and will for the foreseeable future as we continue to live in it for 4 or 5 months of the year. We saw both sides of how people react. Some with pity, some with jealousy and some with admiration and wanting to jump in themselves.
We bought a 1500 square foot 2 bedroom town house a few months ago. All kinds of wasted space and we find ourselves buying stuff just to fill up big rooms. Our freakin master bedroom is 30 feet long. Why do we need three bathrooms. But the timing and price was right so we jumped back in the market. Kinda nice but I never felt hard done by in the coach.
