We're one step closer to full-timing! Our house sold this weekend, we sign it over by Oct 1.....and then we'll be FREE!!!!!!!! YAYYYYYY

Thank you all for the tips for selling a property.
I'm embarrassed to say I'm err uhm ...well actually in the R/E business. You know what they say about the cobbler's children not having shoes? That would be me in this instance:o.
Got soooo involved in other aspects of my life .. I paid little to no attention to my own apartment sale:S. When it dawned on me I'd been diddling around with this sale for 5 months and we STILL were jawing about the price I slapped self awake and did my proper homework just as if someone else was paying me to do it, LOL. Found my local market has been growing in leaps and bounds. Called the pseudo seller's atty today said "Bye bye, luv" and hired a broker.
