I've been involved in a private deal for the last few months and it's been going nowhere. Checked out the market yesterday and a neighbor with a similar residence just went into contract for a price that is almost double what I was trying to sell my space at!! Going to defer my dream and see how the R/E market play out. Can't hurt and gives me more time to make an RV and TV choice.

One time I had a house, 100 yrs ago, that I couldn't sell for $25,000. ....... Rented it out for 1 yr, decided I was NOT liking being a landlord, got a Realtor and put it up on the market for over $50,000. :) :) It sold within 2 weeks...... :)

It's done. SOLD. Living in our class C while the Itasca is being built. By the way, hire the Realtor. I've been in Real Estate for 35 years, and sold my house for far more than any other of its age and size in our neighborhood in 10 days. Look for one with the CRS designation. Best advice I can give you.
