I've been involved in a private deal for the last few months and it's been going nowhere. Checked out the market yesterday and a neighbor with a similar residence just went into contract for a price that is almost double what I was trying to sell my space at!! Going to defer my dream and see how the R/E market play out. Can't hurt and gives me more time to make an RV and TV choice.

OH....isn't that the truth!!! SOLD.....LOVE that 4 letter word!!!!!!

Congratulations amandagrandmma and Ray and June. Hope the road treats you all well and you have wonderful and safe journeys. We snowbird and travel quite a bit but just can't give up that spot to call home.
