Escapees is a Texas only company. Florida, South Dakota, and Texas are the three states that have mail forwarding companies that provide street addresses that those states recognize for DL, registration, voting, etc. As far as I know there is nothing in California. Also, those three states have no state income tax which is another reason that so many fulltimers have them as their domicile.
