As for a bathroom, many people have a set up / take down shower. And I just use the porta potty out in the open, since I am the only one in the van. The whole van becomes my bathroom ;).

I do spend most of my awake hours outside. But I love to have all the windows at night, lie in bed and look at the stars. And the cat and I both enjoy watching the birds in the morning!

YES! thats also what I have been thinking.... since it is just me.... no need for anything more than the set up you describe. As for a shower set up.... I imagine that when I can shower outside I will ( if not soaking in a stream lol) .... if not an indoor setup like you talked about would suit me fine too. I like your ideas..... if you have posted a thread on your build.... I would like to read it. Let me know.
