Without a doubt picking a good Mail Service is very important, we use Escapees but we call Texas our home base state.
Using a quality bank is as important as your mail. Being able to access your account and have a seamless transfer of your funds from savings to checking is of primary importance.
Making a commitment to be a FULLTIMER in MY definition means you live in your RV 100% of the time, you do not maintain a sticks’n’bricks, no storage building where you store your excess personal property.
Unless you have planned your retirement funds and invested well and have some SS funds and even if all this funding is there keeping an active lifestyle is better for your longevity than being idle so as we did we are Workampers and sit our travels by picking an area we want to visit and then take a workamping position in that area from 4 to 6 months then move on.
Don’t know how big effect your family and kids will have on your full timing decisions but while their impute is relevant don’t let it derail your full timing plans. We have 4 kids, 10 G-kids, and 5 G-GKids and we tell them to take their vacations and come see us.
There are plenty of other things to consider but everyone has their own needs so I’ve said enough. You have had several replies so don’t be like so many people who ask for advice and then never bother to acknowledge those who offered replies.
