The State of FL doesn't think it's illegal. They issued DLs, Voter Registration, Vehicle Registration etc.
The Federal Gov. doesn't think it's illegal....they accept tax returns.
St. Brendan's Isle (a very well know mail forwarding service in FL) and all the other mail forwarding services are licensed by State of FL to conduct the type of business KNOWN to be a mail forwarding service and one that provides a LEGAL FL address.
Filing a ‘Declaration of Domicile’ with your county clerk completes the legal process.
You may think there is a legality issue but the STATE of FL and the FEDERAL Gov. do not. They ARE the governing bodies that matter.
Exactly for Texas, also. It's legal according to the state government of Texas. We've been absentee Texans for 18 years with absolutely no problems, as have millions of others.
