IMO you need to be a certain type of person in order to succeed at being a fulltimer. My wife and I only lasted a few years. We did not fit the profile. We still have the motorhome, but we use it as a very small mobile home that we move from place to place. We also have a "base", which we use whenever we need to spend time living a more conventional lifestyle. It turns out we like to do too many things of the kind that deplete our financial resources. At some point, we might be forced to become minimalists. Obviously, we did not accumulate enough money to continue our present lifestyle forever. We tried to plan, but we really didn't know that the cost of living would rise THIS fast. PLUS, even though we worked hard, we apparently didn't work smart. There's many of us in the same boat.
BTW IMO the knowledge that we have will be of little help to you in 15 years, too many things are changing. Who knows what you'll have to deal with in 15/20 years. Good luck.
