There are Full Timers, and then there are residents. Read the posts carefully to separate them. Fulltimers that travel with the seasons rarely spending more than a few days or weeks are first class.
Full Timers that do full seasons in north or south are another category. They tend to
gather like birds of a feather, and develop ' rules' governing their ' community' are less welcoming to short term travelers. Understandable. you are not going to become one of their 'family' . Think of snowbirds.
Then theres the residential side of camp of permanents wheather seasonal or all year, living in rvs by choice or necessity. They will likely be your quietest, most helpful, least judgemental neighbor.
