Some RV parks need the income of permanent full timers for their off season cash flow. I understand that. What I don't understand is how some parks don't impose certain conditions on full time permanent residents such as multiple and/or non working vehicles on their site, trash, excessive items such as lawn displays, sheds, keeping their rigs clean, etc. And if they don't follow the rules, they should be kicked out.
I've camped next to full time permanent residents and have found most to be very friendly and their sites look nice. However, when one has to camp next to a site that looks like a dump, it makes for a bad camping experience. And I've been there as well.
