Generally speaking, I don't like campgrounds that have; not full-time actual RVers but full time residents that live there as their home. I have nothing per se against folks of all income levels but it seems that some full-time residents are there because they are poor and may have the characteristics( won't try to go into the details) found in a poverty neighborhood. At one such campground there were some young residents and people came and went all night. Drugs? Parties? Doesn't apply to trailer or park model communities for seniors.
