Of course over the years I've seen short-stay parks that looked like a Hoarders explosion and mostly-residential parks that looked like an upscale neighborhood while residents were actually working people.
The reason I brought this up is that in the past year or so I've seen quite a few reviews that contain virtually knee-jerk complaints about fulltime/seasonal/resident people without any specifics other than apparently that those people exist. Even just five or more years ago those complaints were rare.
Sign of the times I guess.

I've seen something similar. Generally, it's the assumption that fulltime/seasonal/resident people = poor folks = sloppy/dirty/loud/drugs, etc.
I've full timed for a few years and I worked at an RV park for a couple of years and really haven't seen any difference between short and long term campers.
