Blizzards domt happen in April in Nebraska or SD. , Maybe a snow event with deep but local narrow band accumulation. Temps are just below freezing for that short time rise quickly to melt. Roads are fine witjin a day or 2.
They are predictible, easily planned around events. Weve even had guests come to see the beauty of the snow on the pines, Washingtons nose.
