If you're already in a rig, go weigh it:

Then subtract the unit's dry weight from that number. That will tell you how much stuff you carry.
Then add your + the spouse's + pets' weights to that number.
As you shop for class C rigs, make sure there's enough cargo carrying capacity to carry all of that.
