We planned and researched for at least 10 yrs while still working and taking lots of weekend trips and vacations. Sometimes we would just get a forest service campsite for a week and commute back and forth. Took early retirement 3.5 years and sold it all 3 years ago and hit the road. Best thing we ever did!
