50 amp electric, water/sewer at an absolute minimum. Some sort of cable or satellite hookup.

Given how hot it gets there, a roof over the parking area and shade for an outside sitting area would be big selling points.

Nice landscaping, and a good outside table would be great. Access to a pool would be a huge bonus.

If you put in more than one setup, some distance and/or privacy between would be great.
