FL, SD & TX are FT RV Friendly.......mail forwarding services provide a 'physical' address for state residency, drivers license, vehicle registration, CCW etc.
You will need a recognized 'physical' address for IRS.....can be accomplished other ways but a recognized mail forwarding service is easy.
You also need to check each state concerning estate taxes, inheritance taxes, SS, Medicare, Insurance costs.
We checked out FL, TX & SD.
FL didn't work for us
TX insurance costs were way too high
SD fit....cheap overall costs, low insurance rates, 5 yr. renewal on DL's
Alternative Resources in Sioux Falls is a good service
